2010 Firefighter Survival School
This 10-hour
training session is for certified firefighters. Departments are encouraged to
have representation of 4 to 6 person crew complete with equipment and apparatus.
The crew will remain together throughout the entire day. All scenarios are based
on incidents that either killed or injured emergency service personnel
throughout the nation. Crews will be “dispatched” and will respond to a “staged
event” and handle the event as assigned by the incident commander. Departments
may combine personnel and equipment to form a crew.
Space is limited and pre-registration is
required by Friday February 19th.
